Party Shack is a fair trading business and as such, undertakes to comply with the “Distance Selling Regulations” set out by the Office of Fair Trading. We have provided clear information about us, how to contact us, payment and delivery arrangements in a form that can be stored or reproduced.
Party Shack is committed to providing the goods you have ordered, at the costs stated for postage and packing and in the time specified but subject always to availability, credit status, prevailing political climate and acts of god. Orders are taken subject to availability of products and if for any reason we do not supply any product, we will refund any money already paid for these products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses that you may incur if we do not supply them.
We reserve the right to refuse, modify, amend, change an order and change a price.
We will inform you immediately of any change and give you the right to cancel or amend your order with no penalty whatsoever.
We want you to be happy with our service and will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 3 working days.

Sales and Payment:
Pre-contract, we have given clear information about our goods including description and price including taxes and made all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information is accurate. Images, illustrations and descriptions are for general information and guidance purposes only. All prices are displayed in pound Sterling, however payment can be made in any displayed currencies.
Your credit card will be debited at time of ordering; powered and regulated by LloydsTSB Cardnet Merchant Services. Should upon acceptance of your order, it is later found that there is a problem with your credit/debit card; we have the right to cancel the order without explanation and refuse further orders.
Despatch is rapid; Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday (GMT) are despatched that day and after 2pm within one working day. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and should be received within 3 – 5 days, we also use Fed Ex for our Standard Next Day Service (subject to your postcode). Royal Mail will not guarantee the first class service and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from despatch. Please allow enough time for your goods to be delivered. Special delivery is available in the UK at an extra cost to guarantee next day delivery (max weight 2 kilos). In circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you immediately to arrange a different delivery date or offer a full refund.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we reserve the right to apply a £9.75 return carriage and administration fee. Goods returned this way will also incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Please remember you can always give us a different address for delivery, it does not have to be the card's billing address. These additional charges will be deducted from any refund that you may have on the returned goods. If the goods are still required, we will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any literature, website based information, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by us shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
Returns policy: We accept the return of all items and will endeavour to resolve any queries arising from your order as soon as possible if notified within 3 working days of delivery in the UK. Please quote invoice number at all times.
Costumes must be in an unworn condition with labelling intact.
Other items must be in their original packaging and in a “saleable” condition. Refunds and replacements can only be given after items have been received and inspected.
Faulty or damaged items, please contact us before returning by post
Return postage or delivery costs will not be included except when items are faulty, damaged or sent in error.

These terms and conditions do not override our/your legal rights to pursue redress under English law and do NOT affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
